At The Masterpiece Academy, we believe design is more than decoration—it’s a form of communication that shapes how people learn, feel, and act. Our Graphic Designers help us translate complex ideas into clear, beautiful, and meaningful visuals that move hearts and minds.

From classrooms to boardrooms, we support schools, nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies with design that sparks engagement, builds trust, and elevates the brand of learning itself.

Who We’re Hiring

We’re expanding our design team with creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designers who can work across print and digital formats. These flexible, contract-based roles are ideal for professionals, early-career designers, or students building their portfolios.

You’ll work on branding, marketing collateral, educational resources, presentations, and digital campaigns—often asynchronously, with input from content strategists, curriculum developers, and client teams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll design a wide range of assets that include:

  • Curriculum Materials – Layouts for guides, worksheets, and instructional visuals
  • Marketing Collateral – Flyers, one-pagers, brochures, and event materials
  • Social Media Assets – Branded templates, campaign visuals, and reels/infographics
  • Presentation Design – Slide decks and keynote visuals for educators and executives
  • Digital Products – Web graphics, course thumbnails, PDF toolkits, and UI elements
  • Client Projects – Design support for schools, nonprofits, and government partners

What You Bring

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for great design
  • A portfolio (classwork or professional) showcasing your visual style and strengths
  • Comfort with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively
  • Strong communication and time management skills

You’re welcome to apply if you’re a student, self-taught designer, or transitioning into design from another field. We’re looking for potential, not perfection.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with education, nonprofit, or government design projects
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Illustration or infographics design experience
  • UX/UI or brand identity design background

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience—contract and part-time roles are available with flexible scheduling.
