Instructional Designers or Learning Experience Designer

Design transformative learning for K–12, businesses, government, and beyond—wherever brilliance awaits.

At The Masterpiece Academy, we believe that learning design is about more than information—it’s about transformation. Our instructional design work is grounded in clarity, creativity, and human-centered insight, whether in a school classroom, corporate training room, or government agency.

Our designers don’t just build lessons—they make learning ecosystems. Through collaboration with educators, business leaders, nonprofit partners, and public-sector institutions, we craft learning that empowers people to grow with confidence, purpose, and impact.

Who We’re Hiring

We’re growing our team of experienced Instructional Designers to lead curriculum and training design across educational and professional sectors. You’ll work with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and federal and state agencies to create blended and digital content that inspires. From academic modules to leadership training and workforce development, your work will reach learners of all ages, often asynchronously and virtually, with flexible timelines.
