Subscriptions
$525/month (3 hours)
Perfect for individual educators or small teams wanting light, strategic support. It includes one live coaching session and one personalized video feedback review per month. This package is ideal for piloting the coaching experience or providing tiered support.
$1,395/month (8 hours)
Designed for instructional teams or coaching cohorts ready for deeper support. Includes bi-weekly coaching, team facilitation, and access to ongoing video reviews. Great for aligning team practice to school goals.

Our most immersive support for whole-school impact. Includes weekly embedded coaching, leadership strategy sessions, and facilitative coaching support services. Built for lasting, systemic growth.

Other Coaching Services
This flexible, pay-as-you-go model is perfect for schools or individual educators who need targeted coaching on their schedule. Coaching hours can be used for live sessions, planning support, strategy calls, or asynchronous feedback.
All coaching begins with a discovery process—billed at the same hourly rate—which may include live or virtual meetings, email exchanges, planning document reviews, and responses to clarify goals, determine needs, and tailor coaching accordingly. This ensures that every session is purposeful and customized to the school or teacher’s context.
These short, customized coaching intensives are priced based on the time, planning complexity, and deliverables involved. Each sprint integrates approximately 6–12 hours of coaching time. Costs vary depending on the topic depth and team size.
Each package is designed around approximately 3–6 hours of coach labor, including video review, feedback documentation, and optional conferencing. This synchronous/asynchronous option is ideal for teachers needing flexibility without losing personalized feedback.
Pricing is based on the number of coaches served and the depth of engagement, with optional peer observation and portfolio review. Built on 15–50 hours of coaching, support, and mentorship activities, including synchronous coaching and asynchronous review.
Each package includes a customized workshop or PD, paired with 2–4 hours of follow-up coaching. Pricing depends on session length, audience size, and topic complexity. This format ensures training doesn't end when the slides do—it lives on through personalized implementation.
