K-6 Homework Small-Group (Up to 3 Students). This option combines the benefits of personalized attention with peer learning. Your child will get the help they need while collaborating with classmates, fostering academic and social growth.

Once your child’s Personalized Learning Plan is in place, you can schedule tutoring sessions directly with our team or through our online booking system. We offer flexible scheduling options, including after-school hours and weekends, to accommodate your family’s needs. You can also book recurring sessions for consistent support.
The Literacy Coach and a licensed teacher monitor the curriculum and pedagogies (teaching methodologies). They collaborate with other teachers and can work with your students' classroom teachers.
Absolutely! Our system allows parents to have an account attached to their child so you can view every homework, activity, communication, and email within our platform.
We offer flexible payment options for both one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions. You can choose to pay:
- Per session (for single sessions).
- Upfront for package deals (4 or 8-hr package).
We accept major credit cards and online payments through our secure platform. Payments must be made before the first session of a new package or subscription.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes, you may need to cancel or reschedule a session. Our policy is as follows:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session at no additional cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before the session. We will work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend a session, you will be charged the full session fee.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s how it works:
- Pausing a Subscription: If you need to take a break from tutoring (e.g., due to vacations, illness, or other commitments), you can pause your subscription for up to 30 days. Your account will remain active, and unused sessions will roll over once you resume tutoring.
- Canceling a Subscription: If you need to cancel your subscription, please notify us at least seven days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Any unused sessions from the current month will be forfeited after the cancellation date.
Each student is billed individually in small-group tutoring (with up to 3 students). The total cost per session for each student will reflect the rate based on their chosen package or subscription. Parents can choose between:
- Per-session billing for individual sessions.
- Package billing for discounted rates when purchasing multiple sessions.
- Subscription billing for ongoing monthly sessions at a reduced rate.
If you would like to add or swap students in a small-group session, please get in touch with us at least 48 hours before the next session to ensure availability. We can help you coordinate with other parents to ensure that students in the group are at a similar academic level and receiving the right support.
