Karlenn Panaguiton
Karlenn Panaguiton is an experienced educator with a strong foundation in English language instruction, literacy development, and international teaching. With over a decade of classroom experience across the Philippines and Malaysia, she has taught students from early childhood to secondary levels, specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL).
A TESOL and ESL certified teacher and licensed K–12 educator, Mrs. Panaguiton is known for designing meaningful, student-centered learning experiences that build language skills and cultural confidence. She taught ESL at Woodlands International School in Malaysia, where she developed engaging instruction for learners in Grades 7–11 and contributed to a collaborative, inclusive academic environment.
Her academic background includes a Graduate Diploma in Language and Literacy from the University of the Philippines Open University and a Juris Doctor of Law. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Tourism from the University of the Philippines.
Sher brings both structure and empathy to the learning process, making her a valuable part of the Masterpiece Academy’s mission to empower diverse learners through intentional, well-designed instruction.
